Japanese steel mills start price negotiation for NGOES with Chinese buyers

It's reported that the Japanese steel mills have started price negotiation for non-grain oriented electrical steel (NGOES) with the Chinese buyers for November deliveries.

The Japanese mills have sought to raise prices by US$50/ton for November after hiking prices by US$20~US$30/ton successfully for October.

In China, the two major steelmakers Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp. (Wisco) both hiked NGOES prices for October.
